Todays Video:
My question for you guys are:
1) Is this what UK TV is coming to (do we really want to watch this)?
2) Is TV a dying medium?
3) Do you watch this show (Yes or No) and what do you think of it?
Let me know.
Come on then people. Lets see your oppinions.
Although it’s a rubbish show, a computer (called pod) talking to people I quite enjoy it!! It’s showing all the fake people out there that there is nature beauty in them, to not wear so much junk on their faces! It nice to see someone trying to bring back real girls!!
Also it can’t be healthy for the girls and boys that depend on make – up! Surly making yourself look plastic is only doing one thing…..attracting the wrong people!? I prefer people that can have a proper conversation and don’t have to stop and look in every mirror at them self!! So…..go pod, let’s bring back the nature beauty!
Hay,
1) i never want to watch somthing like this but is the bbc so what can you expect they dont cair how much money they burn. it all comes from tv lisences among other things. they will not learn well thy might but look how long it took for them to see that the weekest link was… well lests say bad.
2)i would say that tv is dying, as i dont realy watch it but i guess that comes with being a geek and i dont know how other “normal” people get there infomation and enterainment.
3) as i said above i would not watch this but im sure that there is some one who might, like my lovely friend belinda
Well that’s two minutes of my life I won’t be getting back!!
That was painful to watch – She was wearing far too much make up, and not enough clothing – she didn’t have alot to show off!
I don’t even know what that show is but its not something I’d consider watching. – Whats the aim of it??
But I agree with the above comment ^^ Natural Beauty
1) Yes, Yes
2) yes
3) Yes
Very intresting to be honest,,i watch one program once a week and that is it. In my opinion when things like this are on tv,,, tv is no longer worth watching.
yes
yes
no
and also nice site (y)
1) Yes it is coming to this, but this is just a biproduct of it’s success. There are too many TV channels, and as such they can’t all afford to put top quality programs on at all hours of the day.
2) Not dying but changing. A lot of smaller channels will disappear in coming years as the global financial crisis chomps them to pieces, meaning that the remaining companies get higher ratings, eventually leading to the return of 5-6 dominant broadcasting institutions having a monopoly on TV.
3) Once, but not again. It’s utterly, utterly rubbish
Hi Tom,
Probally the best reply I got to this. I think you are probally correct. However I feel that thigs like this should not make it to our televisions.
It was also on the frontpage of youtube…’Most Popular’ page. Really?
I try to avoid TV and then youtube now has this commercial rubish on it. I here youtibe is heading to a more comercial approach like Hulu which will ruin youtube.
The point in it was to provide normal people with the option of sharing there own work…Sad days.
Was google worst thint go happen to youtube? Maybe.
In my opinion we should be expecting more from TV seeing as we pay for it. OK every single channel makes money from advertisments however the BBC (which this show is broadcasted on) doesnt have advertisements.
So does this mean they cant afford to put on quality shows??
No!!!!! because 100% of our TV licensing goes to the BBC The British Broadcasting company so in my opinion every single tv channel gets income from us… so we should expect every single tv channel to give us something back.
I haven’t watched TV in over two years, and I’m not the least bit unhappy for it. Any good documentaries I can get online, and anything really awesome that happens on TV accidentally gets posted to YouTube in hours. No need for TV with the Internet.
